A graduate of ULB in 1998, Dr. De Lathouwer is a recognized specialist in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery following an impressive career path in 2004.

He chose to focus his practice on skin cancer and became the coordinator of the multidisciplinary oncological consultation for skin cancer at the CHIREC group.


He continues his aesthetic surgery practice by performing upper blepharoplasties (upper eyelid surgery). This procedure aims to remove excess tissue (skin, fat, muscle) around the upper eyelids, resulting in a rejuvenated appearance without altering your personality. While it is a relatively minimally invasive plastic and aesthetic surgery that does not require hospitalization, it remains a project that must be built on good doctor-patient collaboration.

He has also been a mindfulness mediation instructor since 2014, adopting a human and holistic approach in his interactions with patients.
